Although there is no true scientific evidence of blue light glasses being truly effective, many people (including me) have seen benefits from wearing them. They help block the blue light from computer and phone screens and help alleviate headaches and assist better nights sleep. They are definitely worth a try!

Once you purchase one of these, you will wonder how you ever lived without. They are the best little devices and help so much in the heat. They are perfect for holidays but also if you just get a little bit hot whilst getting ready or trying to sleep.
